When we are lost in our difficulties or when they seem too hard to bear and we’re unable to pay attention to the things that are most important to us – it might be a good time to speak to someone. Quite often – just by finding out what is affecting us, who we really are and what we really want – we may reach a turning point in our lives. As an empathetic and objective guide – free of judgement I will help you to understand and accept the parts of you that are angry, grieving, ashamed, afraid, or overwhelmed, and use your understanding of those feelings to make them work ‘for’, rather than ‘against’ you. I practice an integrative method of therapy. This means that I do not rely solely on one technique or orientation, but tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
